Victor Leginsky is a Canadian lawyer with over 25 years of experience. He served as Chair of the Manufactured Home Park Dispute Resolution Committee by appointment of the Attorney General of British Columbia between 1998 and 2002. He has practiced law in four jurisdictions, and in both the public and private sector. He practiced with Miller Thomson LLP, one of Canada’s largest national law firms, with more than 500 professionals. He served as CEO of QualitE-Learning Assurance Inc., a high technology company.

Victor is currently a legal consultant and commercial arbitrator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an arbitrator, he makes legally binding awards deciding cases involving complex contractual matters including real estate and construction disputes. Victor also provides strategic counsel to companies to structure their business in the United Arab Emirates. His clients include transportation and petroleum services companies, high technology firms, goods distribution companies, consulting firms and information companies.

Besides providing his clients with practical, day-to-day advice on many business related issues, Victor developed an expertise in performing due diligence during corporate purchase and sale. Having developed contacts and expertise in the Middle East, he advises businesses on corporate change in that dynamic environment.

Victor represents the Empire Group of Companies in Europe and the Middle East Region in legal and investment matters.
